- Improved access to support for unresolved care concerns.
- Increased confidence in the ability of the Ministry of Health to provide help when needed to resolve care concerns; and,
- Improved understanding of gaps and barriers in the health system that may impact effective resolution of seniors’ care concerns and complaints.
